Tactical Advantage, LLC. is actively seeking to add retail associate/range safety officer positions at our range, retail and training center located in Waite Park, MN. Retail Associates: Responsible for assisting customers with questions, sharing product knowledge, scheduling range time, accepting class registrations and facilitating product sales. Additional tasks include general cleaning and maintenance of the facility, maintaining accurate inventory records and completing necessary transaction paperwork. Perform all duties related to checking in members, students and customers, including the handling of monetary transactions. Work is performed under fast-paced conditions at times, which requires effective time management, prioritization and the ability to multi-task. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively, to listen attentively and to make effective decisions. Attention to detail and willingness to learn are imperative. Previous retail experience and firearm product knowledge is preferred. Must be able to obtain a permit-to-carry in the State of MN and be able to work evening and weekend hours to accommodate our normal business hours and events.

Range Officers: Responsible for overseeing all range operations and safety procedures. Educate shooters of the range procedures and safety requirements, monitor range usage, enforce all Range Safety Rules and policies/procedures of Tactical Advantage LLC.  Operate range equipment for the general public, league competitors, private training classes and other special events. Range safety will be of the utmost importance and focus of this position. Must be able to obtain a permit-to-carry in the State of MN, fulfill Range Safety Officer training requirements of Tactical Advantage LLC and be able to work evening and weekend hours to accommodate our normal business hours and events.

A qualified individual may be able to perform all responsibilities of either position, or preferably split time between both positions.

Administrative/Clerical: As our business continues to grow, we hope to add an Administrative/Clerical position to our team to perform general business writing, accounting, and FFL compliance tasks as well as other varied administrative responsibilities. No current openings.
